hilly villa On the sunny hillside has been cut a plot of land which overlooks at south-easter on the free expanseof the below country side while at the north-western board the provincial wide road supple on the back of the high ground. The overelevation, of notable heigh and fully ricovered in glass, is projected for an art studio whitch, fortified with an apposite system of curtains, way takes advantage of the more suitable natural light. In the first floor of fondation there are 2 long greenhauses, of whitch one, the one setted in correspondance of the gym, has tha funcion of winter garden. The other rooms are directed to gym with a bathroom equipped with a shower, a lounrdy and dryer, a boiler room with a device for the combustible and in the end a basement with a ice hause compartment. The refornmet of combustible accures through 2 holes in the service courtyard between the villa and the north-eastern surrounding wall, in lenght confortably served by the gateway on the northern corner. Along the wid road, at the extrem opposit to the one that the porte cochere openes, reaches out the basemet of the janior s lodge, thet looks out to the external walkway in protected comunication with the vitta by means of a porch. The consruction with foudation in cementum enables the maximum utilization of the covered area with brok thraugh and light division and appears with long openings, hangings and terraces. From the inside the rooms are setted in a way that let teh people see the contry from every seat. the high part of the villa, with the simple surfaces of themwithe-bone coulored volumes, with weatherstrip, rails and with columns, is put down on a high basament made in cooked buibuilt from the ground floor and from the massive wall of the foudation floor: dark -red brick in simple horizontal and vertical dispositions.

villa in collina Sul versante a solatio di una collina è stata ritagliate una lingua du suolo,che si affaccia a s-e sulla libera distesa della campagna sottostante,mentre a n-o abborda il ciglio dello stradone provinciale snodato sul dorso dell altura. Su di questa lingua di suolo forte pendio,che fu sistemata in due piani di differene quota con due muri di sostegno lungo i rispettivi lati a valle,si costruisce una villa per una famiglia signorile,composta da padre madre ,2 fili e 2 figlie. La villa sorge in due piani fuori terra,piu una sopraelevazione ed una pensilina aperta,sul piano più elevato dei due anzidetti.La parte di fondazione sfrutta,per i locali a s-e, il dislivello fra il primo ed il secondo piano di suolo per aprire , sul giardinoinferiore,alcuni ambienti di servizio. Nel piano terra della villa sono posti i locali di rappresentanza e di vita diurna lungo il perimetro prospicente la valle ed i locali adibiti a cucina,guardaroba e garageper l altra parte. Il primo piano-cui si accede per mezzodi una scala di noce aperta sulla hall centrale-accoglie la camera da letto ed i rispettivi gabinetti da bagno. Le camere da letto della servitù-due domestiche e chaffeur-pure al primo piano,ma appartate,sonoservite da una scala a chicciola indipendente con ingresso di servizio,pure indipendente............ La sopraelevazione ,di notevole altezza e largamente vetrata, è progettata per uno studio d arte che, munito di apposito dispositivo di tende, può usufruire della luce naturale più conveniente.Se l importanza di questo studio lo richiederà, si potrà studiare una illuminazione dall alto per mezzo di vetri Solfac inseriti nella soletta soprastante. Nel piano di fondazione trovano posto due lunghe serre, di cui una almeno, e cioè quella situata in corrispondenza della palestra, avrà carattere di giardino d inverno.Gli altri locali interni sono destinati a palestra ginnastica con relativo gabinetto per la doccia, a lavanderia con asciugatoio, a sala per la caldaia del termosifone con deposito per combustibile, ed infine a cantina con vano per la ghiacciaia. Il rifornimento del combustibile avverrà attraverso a due bocche che si aprono nel cortile di servizio posto fra villa e la cinta N-E, in luogo comodamente servito dal cancello carraio posto allo spigolo Nord. Lungo lo stradone, all estremo opposto a quello in cui si apre il cancello carraio, si stende il fabbricato basso della portineria, che vigila l ingresso pedonale esterno in comunicazione protetta con la villa per mezzo di un portico. La costruzione a ritti ed orizzontamenti di cemento armato permette il massimo sfruttamento dell area coperta con sfondati e divisioni leggere e si presenta esternamente con aperture larghe, pensiline e terrazze. Dall interno degli ambienti, studiati in modo che i migliori punti di vista sulla campagna possano essere goduti comodamente dai divani e dalle poltrone, si potrà affisare l occhio sugli spettacoli instancabilmente mutevoli della natura. La parte alta della villa, con le semplici superfici dei suoi volumi bianco-avorio, con serramenti e ringhiere e colonnine bianche, posa su di un alto basamento di cotto costituito dal piano terreno e dal muraglione del piano di fondazione : mattone rosso-bruno a semplici disposizioni orizzontali e verticali.
